I began the course with many personal convictions (in my head & heart) about managing finances God's Way. However, I was unsure how to communicate these convictions to others and pass on the necessary practical tools. 

On a scale from 1 to 10, I progressed from 2 or 3 (inadequate) to 7 or 8 (adequate)! I know Jesus will help me grow even more as I serve as budget coach. Praise Him! 

Chuck Bentley said several times that faithful stewardship is about “Ordering my life in such a way that I’m available to be spent in whatever way God wants to spend me for His Kingdom and Glory”.. I can’t get this out of my head! It was a challenge and a bit of a struggle to keep up with the homework, but I learned much and was greatly humbled.  God worked to remove pride and self-centeredness from my heart, making me more like His humble Son, Jesus. I can be spent and used up for His Glory. Hallelujah!
