I have to admit that this course is nothing like I had envisioned -  more ministry and more 
demanding than I expected. It makes you go deep. I have learned a lot, refreshing my 
memory from where I started this journey in the 1980's with a little-known radio program.

I recently retired, but I now realize that my spiritual gift is that of a giver. I have always 
interpreted that as time and resources; I now see that I am also an "earner. I have taken a 
full-time job not because of personal needs, but in order to "earn" more for the kingdom.
Faithfully handling God's money is a ministry. It is important to consult God's wisdom and 
the Spirit’s guidance first and foremost; this is a shift in my thinking.
